This project involved the development of the Sunshine Coast Airport's FY21 Capital Investment Budget. The services involved reviewing the airport's list of capital projects planned for the next financial year, engaging with the various business departments to extract further information. Preparing a list of projects including high level scoping information and coordinating cost estimates with the appointed QS where required. Rede was appointed in a project advisory role, tasked with engaging with airport stakeholders and departments to identify future capital expenditure projects. Rede coordinated the collation of project information, budgets, estimates and cashflows into a consolidated budget database for board approval.
