Store Local obtained a Development Approval to expand their operational self-storage facility located in Hallam, Victoria, by approximately 4,337m2 along with providing an additional 48 car parking spaces. Rede was appointed for their Project Management Services and act as the D&C Contract Superintendent to deliver the Store Local Hallam Expansion Project. As part of this engagement, Rede was responsible for the procurement of design consultants, developing the design and obtaining an extension to the existing development approval currency period, tendering, and delivering the construction of the expansion.
