Located in the heart of Brisbane's CBD, this commercial building's plant deck and plant room doors were originally aesthetically screened with fibre cement sheeting, screwed to a structural steel frame. As it aged, the fibre cement sheet screw fixings began failing. This project involved replacing the aging fibre cement sheeting with metal sheeting. Project challenges included establishing the best replacement product as well as site access to both the roof top and plant room doors.
