This Project involved the development of a 6095m2 (Gross Floor Area) neighbourhood shopping centre, comprising a Woolworths and a mixture of retail, food and beverage, specialty and commercial tenancies and kiosks across two buildings.

The Project also included initial roadworks connecting Chambers Flat Road to the site, with a future road extension to be undertaken by Council.

The works also included reticulation and installation of services and other works to the remaining two (2) pad sites (to facilitate the potential future sale of these two (2) lots).

Rede was engaged as Superintendent and Tenancy Coordinator on this project.
